Fees

Building abroad carries risk. Our role is to reduce that risk through clarity, structure, and independent oversight.

1. Build Feasibility & Strategy Consultation

£400

A structured consultation to assess whether your proposed build is viable before any major commitments are made.

This includes:

  • Initial discussion of your objectives, budget, and timeline

  • High-level feasibility and cost considerations

  • Identification of key risks and constraints

  • Clear guidance on whether and how to proceed

This consultation is paid in advance and ensures we work with clients who are serious about planning their build properly.

2. Build Setup & Coordination

From £2,500 – £6,000

Once you decide to proceed, we provide structured support to prepare the project for construction.

This stage typically includes:

  • Land sourcing and site due diligence support

  • Coordination with architects and consultants

  • Review of early designs against budget

  • Support during builder selection and tender review

  • Establishment of milestones and cost controls

The exact fee is agreed upfront based on the scale and complexity of the project.

3. Construction Oversight

Typically 6–10% of build cost

During construction, we act as your independent oversight partner.

This includes:

  • Monitoring progress against agreed milestones

  • Reviewing payment stages

  • Tracking budget and cost variations

  • Identifying and escalating risks early

  • Providing regular updates while you remain abroad

The oversight fee scales with the size of the build and reflects the level of responsibility involved.

Third-Party Costs

Architects, engineers, contractors, and statutory fees are paid directly by the client.
ClearBuild Advisory does not mark up third-party services and does not receive referral commissions.

This ensures complete transparency and independence.
